February Birchbox

This months Birchbox allowed subscribers to choose our own design of box! How amazing is that? The themes available were essentially 70’s flower power, 80’s bold colours and 90’s ‘Saved By The Bell’ inspired. I chose the 90’s theme as I am a 90’s baby and I generally preferred the design and pattern.

Luseta Beauty Coconut Milk Hair Mask

It took me over a year to fully grow out my hair and random hair colours, getting it back to its natural state. I then dyed it, and have since noticed my hair is quite dry and damaged (also due to the continuous straightening!). This is perfect for any dry or damaged hair, creating soft a silky locks in just ten minutes! This hair mask is sulfate, phosphate, & paraben free. Coconut milk that’s rich in vitamins C, E, B1, B5 and B6 nourishes and conditions to naturally banish dryness, long term – perfect for anyone with thick, dry hair, or even coloured hair that’s easily damaged like mine!

Percy & Reed Quite Frankly Flawless Finishing Polish

As a ‘newcomer’ to long hair, I still struggle with styling and making myself look presentable in all hairstyles. I am notorious of rocking the messy bun or the easy ponytail, but always have straggly snapped ends that sides. Packed with horse chestnut extract and sunflower wax, the lightweight and non-greasy finisher gives soft and flexible hold, whilst gently moisturising for guaranteed hydrated hair! Its also super easy to use! Warm a pea sized into your palms and then dispense through dry hair until it appears to have disappeared.

The Beauty Crop Eyeshadow Trio – Love You So Latte

How can you not love an eye shadow trio? Who didn’t have a trio when they were younger? If I recall, mine was a silver/blue/ purple mix…so 90’s! This highly-pigmented trio (featuring two shimmers and one matte shade) are universally flattering against every skin tone and eye colour, meaning creating day-time chic to sultry and smoky looks has never been easier! Perfect for make-up pros and newbies alike.

ModelCo Conceal and Correct Green Concealer

I have terrible red toned skin, similar to rosacea. I find that a lot of concealers don’t fully mask or counteract the red tones, even some green concealers don’t fully work. However, this has blown me away! Any fine lines, dark circles and redness are banished with this green crayon to cover and deflect light away from imperfections, neutralising redness to brighten under eyes or counteract the aggressiveness of blemishes that just won’t leave you be. The creamy, hydrating formula glides onto skin making it easy to seamlessly blend without dragging the delicate parts of your skin.

LAQA & Co. B’Lighter Blush + Highlighter – Peacher’s Daughter

I am yet to properly try this product, but I am super excited to experiment with it! This creamy balm bridges the best of both blush and highlighter worlds, adding a gorgeous peachy hue and shimmering highlight to your complexion with one, easy to use product. Its smooth application reacts to the warmth of your skin to create a flawlessly blended finish, making it easy to give your skin an instant pick-me-up!
